Perishable Product Policy

All our cheesecakes are freshly baked and perishable. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been delivered or collected.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery or collection with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) received

We will review your case and, if verified, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by customers

  • Unattended deliveries after the delivery window

  • Product handling after receipt (e.g., improper storage or melting due to late collection)
